You can't detect where the problem is coming from if you haven't try it out on other mining software first, download Minerstat, betterhash or Nicehash to give a test and if it works and shares are accepted they you are doing something wrong with the configuration
I'm not using Bminer so I have no experience about the miner, can you try changing your miner to phoenix miner or NBminer? These are the two I use everyday and they work fine, also if you don't know how to configure a miner to pool that might be the problem you are experiencing right now it's better you download Nicehash and start mining straight away
