lol... I NEVER remember those icons... they're hard to see... needless to say, I had already found that out but I appreciate you taking the time to answer.  Cheers.

Just click on the green/red icon in the lower right corner, that'll open up the server-window, choose one, click OK, done.

Oooops... I just opened the client to see if I could determine how to switch to another server on my own and voila... it's working again.  If you could tell me how to switch servers though I'd be grateful for future reference.

I would try to switch to another server.
Had to do that sometimes and usually it works.

Electrum worked fine for me yesterday... today I went to open Electrum and everything is blank... no addresses in the recieve tab, no transactions in the overview tab, no contacts in the contacts tab, nothing in the wall tab.  It says Synchronizing at the bottom but just sets there no matter how long I leave it, it's never taken more than a few seconds before.  Should I try to restore the wallet using the 12-word phrase or what?  Very confusing
