In the past I have problems with others services(no btc related) with this SMS thing and well, I'll skip GA for now...

Not quite. They're saying the issue arose from a problem with the provider of their SMS provider.

* Oh, they've also advised to enable multiple 2fa options. (This is the reason I'm quite hesitant relying on SMS as 2fa. Unreliable.

Finally I received SMS. They fixed this problem! But they didn't replies on  any of a lot of my letters and that's sucks...

Finally i found one site where they answer:

Support still ignore all my messages via e-mail Sad and there's no any other their contacts

Are you using this email - [email protected] - I guess they don't have dedicated support section and your mail can be processed for a long time.

If you are desperate you can always try asking them on Facebook here - https://www.facebook.com/GreenAddressIT

or use their Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/greenaddress (I read through it and it seems you posted there already)

other that than I don't they are very active with the community on any social platform.

I am afraid this is similar mechanism that email operators use to prevent spam.

Some addresses/phone numbers/mobile operators are blocked by default. Maybe Green Address is not supporting/blocked Russian, Ukrainian numbers?

Nothing can be done at this point. Their support needs to answer this. They might be able to change/whitelist your 2FA phone number.

I have a problem! I have attached 2-stage authentication via SMS. However, SMS does not reach me! I did not change the phone number!  Without SMS code I can't do anything(send BTCs, disable authentication via SMS)  I wrote in a support [email protected], received no response. Tell me what to do!
Sometimes they arise try to choose the calling code, it was more work than using sms service code. you do not need to ask for help on a service for a problem like this.

What happens if you try multiple invalid codes(I don't mean to try in your account)
But if I were you I would open another account, put the phone number and try invalid codes and see if there is any option for a calling.
Seems that GreenAdress have problem with their SMS operator! Today from another account I try to attach SMS 2FA to Ukrainian and Russian Mobile operators - unsuccessful, no SMS received. But when I try to attach Belarusian number, I received SMS with auth code
