If your issue isn't related to a different BIP39 word list language and Electrum shows a wrong BIP39 checksum, then there's clearly something wrong with your mnemonic words, either one or more wrong words or a wrong word order.
I don't believe that one sequence of mnemonic recovery words pass the BIP39 checksum in one wallet and the same recovery word sequence fails the checksum in Electrum with option to recover a BIP39 wallet. There must be some issue(s) with your recovery words sequence.
Sometimes people try to be "smart" when they document the recovery words (when in fact they shoot themselves in the foot if not properly documented):
- they reverse the word order as disguise
- they reverse pairs of words as disguise
- they fill rows first when in fact the words are numbered in columns or vice-versa
- other stupid tricks where the user thinks they don't need to document them, but forget their "tricks" weeks, months or years later
