I'm not sure if IQ Cash have a ANN page on this forum, maybe you should try finding out if there is any and move this question or accusation to their ANN page, only the team members can have a perfect answer to this question, since more than two people are already saying they have same issue with the wallet then something is wrong

It would be very useless for you to ask the IQ-Cash team for help because they won't care about this, I was also involved in the IQ-Cash project, only after I got a token from them, I immediately sold it at that time, because at that time I use the web version of the wallet they provide, well in this case if you have ever stored a DAT file or a file that stores all the data in the application, then I think you can find your token back, but if you never back it up- up, then all your tokens will be lost and you cannot get them back.

Actually, when you recover your Flits wallet for IQ Cash coin, then it should be the same address. Still, in some app, I already used the address changed; in this case, you should store the IQ cash wallet seeds. Still, you have stored Flits wallet seeds, and Flits wallet have different coins and the every coin address have their own address and private key or seeds so in your IQ Cash can't recover if you can access to old phone then can recover the app and then same address.

Yes, it is difficult to work with such projects. You always have to learn something. I think you made a mistake. Perhaps you deleted your wallet by accidentally creating a new one. Only a back-up can restore it if it has been saved. If you do not have a back-up, then no one will help you. This is the law of the crypto industry.
He already said that he has the recovery phrase so I guess that's not the problem. The problem is the address why is change when they open the same wallet.

I also ask if the balance on your wallet still there ? If you still have it then nothing to worried about the change address .
I'm guessing it's empty, if the balance still shows up OP won't need to create this topic, since the address is different from the old address the balance will be lost,I'm just thinking about why IQ Cash team aren't doing anything about this, sounds very strange

I also hold IQ CASH tokens from the results of the campaigns that I participate in, but I am not careless like you, sorry if I say you are careless, because the case you are facing is purely a mistake that you make. Here I can't help you, because To get old data in the Flits wallet, only backup can restore your Flits address.

I don't think you understand the problem of op and jump to conclusions. Op has done the way you said.

For @op, I have tried to find out about iqcash and flits. The two are not directly related to each other. Flits is just a dedicated external wallet for running multiple coin supported masternodes, whereas iqcash has their own desktop wallet. Are you running the masternode?

The problem is that it lies in your flits wallet, which I understand by importing the seed should restore the previous wallet without reducing the assets inside. You better contact flist support to guide you, iqcash team won't be able to do anything.

If you still have your old phone, you can try accessing the wallet again via your old phone and then transfer it to the new wallet on your new phone.

Three different members are saying the exact same thing like what OP said, I think it's not about carelessness mate, have you uninstall the wallet and try importing recovery seed back yourself? Try that before complaining, reading three comments backing what OP is saying shows that's something is wrong with that Flits wallet, some project team can't be trusted since they aren't saying a thing about it

I had the same problem as you. My phone has less RAM so I can't put more apps on the phone. The phone slows down. So I installed the Flits app, created a wallet and uninstalled the app. I saved the recovery seed phrase of my wallet.  But later when I tried to enter my wallet, I could not enter my wallet.  The price of IQ Cash token is very low so I did not contact support.

I had the same problem with Flits wallet, once you uninstall the wallet from your smartphone and reinstall the old recovery seed the fund will vanish, new address will be generated, I think the problem is with the Flits wallet, probably a bug or something? I don't mind asking for help because I only earned like 10$ worth of IQ Cash so I just decide to move on

I had a problem with IQ Cash project so I think maybe anyone can help me out? Thanks, I participated in IQ Cash campaign months ago and I earned some coins, we are told to download Flits wallet on playstore, image here

So after creating wallet and keeping my recovery seed safe and getting the campaign over with my phone started acting up so I bought a new phone and switch every apps and data needed to be switched and sold the old phone, the problem I'm having is while I tried to import my recover seed back into Flits wallet the old address is gone, it generates a entirely new wallet address instead of the old address, is anyone having same problem? I asked the team but no help
