Hey there, sadly I don't own any sp31's but I did a quick google search which led me to the users guide in .pdf format here:
https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0389/3233/files/SP31_User_Guide.pdf
Presuming you can access the WebUI at all...from what I'm seeing on page 11 your going to want to:
1.) Click [Settings] in the menu.
2.) Make sure the Keep cgminer.conf file is unchecked if you don't want to preserve the existing pool settings.
3.) Click [Reset to Factory Settings]
If you don't have access to your Web interface, I did also find this link from the spoondoolies blog:
http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/blogs/technical-blog/13098521-sp10-sp30-recovery-sd-card-boot-sd-card-creation-instructions
*Which appear to be instructions for completely resetting your machine if your SD card image ends up getting corrupted for some reason. I wasn't able to find anything in my cursory scans with regards to any sort of reset button similar to what the antminer's from bitmain have.
I hope one of these two ends up working for you.
I know my ipd address the thing is. That i cannit get into my web interface
What happens when you bring the IP address up? Is it on DHCP? If so it could change.
It would be odd for the GUI to be not working and it still mining on SP gear I would think.
My miner has an static ip directly set up from my router. And when i writte myminer.io into the serching spot the ip of my miner appers and i click it as i used to do it to get into th web interface and it says something like it cannot load
