yeah i tried sending to that address maybe something will pop up , but nothing. thank you for your Help tho,

i'm formatting all my PC , will delete everything on it and start fresh with Electrum.

If you don't have any protection in your PC you can be hacked that's why you must have a working antivirus to make your PC safe.
Don't use free AV like avast because it will only give you lots of malware and viruses. I suggest you try the Kaspersky internet security or total security trial as free to protect your PC to any malware and viruses.

Blockchain wallet is not recommended right now there are many people are being scammed and hacked that's why we don't recommend using it while block halving is coming.

Electrum is a great wallet if you know how to protect the wallet. Make sure you have Antivirus like Kaspersky to protect your PC.
Or you can keep your PC/Electrum offline.

Either you had some malware/keylogger on your computer, or you used a phising website.

Have you donwloaded anything trough torrent, or any source that may not be safe recently? Did you bookmark the blockchain.com domain?

I see that you've moved the few bucks that you had left back to the same address have also been stolen and are on the way to the hacker's address now...

Next time, you should take some considerations before handling bitcoin funds:

-Use non-custodial wallets. Be the only one in control of your funds; use Electrum for example. It's a lightweight Bitcoin client, that supports 2FA and hardware wallets.
-Buy a hardware wallet. It's one of the safest methods of storing Bitcoin.

First , thank you all for your comments. i want to understand what happen

http://epvpimg.com/46kceab

This is when i click on the I-mark

The funds were on my Blockchain wallet , i woke up today at 11:00AM my Time , tried to login and it asked me for a SMS code again so i couldn't get it because my Cellphone stopped receiving them. so i back up the wallet using https://login.blockchain.com/#/help and i choosed Recover Funds , i opened up my notebook and wrote the 12 Word Phrase , it asked me for a new Email and Password and Confirm password.then a new wallet was created, All Funds moved to the new wallet. then i Refreshed the page at that time 11:22 , i was logged inside the wallet. i saw that the funds went from $400 to 1.92$ left on it. and it was sent out to 2 Bitcoin Addresses , the first one which belong to the new wallet which has 1.92$ and the second address where all the 398$ are , i don't know what is that address.

What happens when you click on the i circle next to the Change address? You may have been hacked, but it's really bugging that your funds went to a change address.

What process did you follow to back up the wallet? Did you restore it with the seed?

It may be a long shot, but maybe when you recovered it, it swept the funds into a new wallet on your new email address. Explain the process you followed before we proceed any further, please

Edit: I have check the address you coins went to, and it has received a total of 2.2BTC starting on 2017. You were definately hacked and you can't recover the funds; sorry for your loss.

Nevertheless, you can tell us how you proceeded with the recovery, so that we can know what went wrong

if i was hacked in the second i made the backup , why didn't he transfer the whole funds ?
Idk either, it just his/her way of hacking.

Now, you only need to do is secure your nee wallet and don't ever use that wallet again.

Quoted to show your image.

If the address starting "1KvZX" isn't yours, then unfortunately, your wallet was compromised and you can't get funds back.

Where have you saved/backup your private key? Is anyone knows your private keys other than you?

Best thing to do is abandoned that wallet you're using now and create a new one because the hacker has still the copy of your private key and still waiting to fund your wallet so he/she will get your funds again.

Hello, i'm in need of Help or understanding of my problem.

I Registered a wallet on Blockchain , i used to receive 3-4 payments total of $400 to one Bitcoin Address " the first one BTC gave me to receive one and i have been using that address to receive money since then , i saved it in a txt file and i received all payments on it.

i protected my Wallet with 2FA , a code is being sent to my cellphone every time i need to login , yesterday i tried to login but the code didn't arrive several times to my phone and my account was locked for 4 hours. i slept and woke up next morning trying to login , same problem code didn't arrive. so i back up my wallet with my private key into a new one with a new email.

the problem is my $400 was sent as following

http://epvpimg.com/FhpRdab

17JEN that was my address i receive all my transaction on.

the other 2 address are the one which blockchain backed up

1Pa8Z "Address" now has only $2 on it
1KvZX "Address" has all the rest 398$ on it

My Final Balance in the wallet now is $2 which i can use and the other 398$ are gone. i cannot send them and i can't see them anywhere.
