I'm pretty sure the problem is coming from the Hashboard. I tried different white cable(communication cable) and it was doing the same thing so it's not the cable. I tried an other PSU, an other controller and i always get the same problem. When i'm moving those white cables around, i move the problem somewhere else https://ibb.co/ecmHac. Is there any way to test a hashboard to make sure it's broken ? All fingers are pointing at it...

Thanks for your answer.

It didn't work.

But i found something making some tests. I thought it was a board that might be broken so I switched the white cables around. And when i do so, it moves the problem to an other chain. So i tried to change the white cable that was communicating with the mainboard with a good one from my other S9 and it turns out that its not a cable problem either.

It looks like i can't use 3 boards at the same time anymore. The thing is, it was operating fine since mid-january and yesterday I switched pool and that happened. I tried switching pool again but the problem is always the same.

After you let it run for a while so it gets up to a good operating temp, power it completely down and then power it back on. See if the 1st board comes online with all the ASICs. It is very doubtful that this is a firmware problem so you don't have to mess with that. Let us know what happens.

Hi guys, i recently bought 2 S9 from bitmain (January 2018 batch) . I'm actually having troubles with one of them. It looks like one chain is missing and simply not working as you can see on this image:https://ibb.co/iYRFBH , so my hashrate is down 1/3.

I tried to go in the kernel log to see if there was any error and i saw that :https://ibb.co/ja3TWH and this https://ibb.co/gJU2rH.

I also tried to flash the firmware from bitmain ''17 november 2017 version'' but it didn't do anything. Tried to reboot it from the website AND manually but still getting the same error.

Help me!
