Try the following:

1. Disconnect the other boards and run the bad board by its self. If it works fine then you have a power supply issue.

2. Still the same problem? Swap that boards cable with another boards cable attached to the controller. If it works you have a controller issue.

3. Still the same problem? Send the board back to bitmain for repair.

I have seen this before and typically, it fixes itself after rebooting the miner a couple of times. What temperatures are you seeing on the status page?

Hello,

after i did the reset default, i uploaded the last firmware and it worked, problem solved, and the hasboards were back to mine 4,500 GH/S each (total 13.5 TH/S)

then yesterday the same hashboard that was hashing at 198 GH/S and had temp stated at 15 when back to that! its the same diagnoze that i posted here:

"hello guys,

im having a problem with my S9, i just bought it 1 month ago, and after that time it started to hash 9GH/S instead of 13.5GH/S , and i checked the status and i saw there was 1 hashboard that was hashing only at 107 (0.107GH/S) and the other 2 hashboards were hashing correctly (4.5gH/S each), the normal light is on, and all 3 lights from the 3 hashboards were on, and all the hashboards had "00000000" (no X on any, so it was good) so there was nothing reporting failure"

This happened again and i need help to solve this please!

don't post here to ask for help.

post here

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=40.0

I asked the mods to move this

First off  you should have come to the website and asked before you pressed buttons.
second  you should have asked in support.
Third  no worries I will try to help. Grin

Okay  unplug the pcie power jacks to all the hash boards

1 pcie six pin to only the controller
1 eth cable to only the controller

show a screen shot of what you find  for the status page
show a screen shot of what  you find for the configuration page  { what pools }

hello guys,

im having a problem with my S9, i just bought it 1 month ago, and after that time it started to hash 9GH/S instead of 13.5GH/S , and i checked the status and i saw there was 1 hashboard that was hashing only at 107 (0.107GH/S) and the other 2 hashboards were hashing correctly (4.5gH/S each), the normal light is on, and all 3 lights from the 3 hashboards were on, and all the hashboards had "00000000" (no X on any, so it was good) so there was nothing reporting failure,

i was checking on internet how to solve that problem and i made a reset to default to the miner, after that, now the hashboard lights no longer turn on, and the normal light doesnt go on, and the miner status is all on 0, it no longer hashes from any board,

if anyone knows how to solve this problem please let me know!
