I suggest reporting the problem on the NEO Reddit subreddit[1] or the NEON discord channel[2]. This subforum you posted on is mostly bitcoin-specific. So you might not get help here.

Hi guys,
I downloaded my neon wallet and sent in it 4 neon. I successfully transferred them to my wallet and saw them in it. I have an email confirming the transfer, even if I had accumulated gas. This morning, however, the neon is missing. My computer was off , obviously forced out of power or it stopped at night and after I started it and started my wallet, they were gone(neon). I searched them in a neon tracker but to my great surprise there also reports that my availability is 0. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and can give me some advice on how to solve my problem. thanks
