I buy it for have double fan, and now don't know what its happening and looks anyone found same problem, still making more tests

Im not sure if there the best place for ask about that, but i will try for im really desperate.
I buy one 7870 and from the first start, some times after the Windows logo, when the amd driver its charged before show the "Welcome screen" appear a monitor error about bad screen resolution. The problem too its i can't mining bitcoins/litecoins, with some time, some time less time, some time more, appears "The driver stop working".
- I try different drivers 13.1 13.2 13.4 and 13.5 beta2, the best results beta2 but still happening the screen problem and the mining one.
- I change the PSU from OCZ 500W to Aerocool 750W
- Put new HD and install fresh Windows 8 (With W8 no more Driver stop working, just stop mining.
I speak with the store and say to me, make some tests, HDD, memtest and Funmark/3DMark. Any problem found with the tests but today i restart 4 times the computer for start Windows without the "screen resolution problem".
