Thanks for your replay , our Ripple Account is : rCoinaUERUrXb1aA7dJu8qRcmvPNiKS3d , yes it has been cancelled and exchange cancelled with shapeshift , but we don't get refund in our bitcoin account. after 7 days we don't receive any answer from support .

Your deposit got confirmed within 2 minutes so how your exchange got cancelled? I think it went through and they have sent it to XRP address you have entered there. Check that XRP address on explorer and if there is nothing than there is no way to reach them other than waiting for their response. is anybody here to know about it ....They might be getting hundreds of support tickets daily so they might take few more days to reply you.
