there is nothing special listed if i type listtransaction in the console

I have a problem with Terracoin solomining.

My current setup:

Raspberry Pi with Raspbian
Self-Compiled Terracoin Qt Wallet
Self-Compiled Bfgminer
Antminer U2 USB Stick

Mining in a pool works without any issues.

For solomining i did the following: I started the Qt Wallet with the -server option. Afterwards i started the bfgminer with the following command line:

bfgminer -S antminer:all -o 127.0.0.1:3333 -u Gutelo - p 123 --set-device antminer:clock=x0801 --coinbase-addr 142...mi6 --coinbase-sig "This is my Block"

(i abbreviated the address) where Gutelo and 123 were set in the Terracoin.conf:

When the Qt Wallet with -server option is started, followed by the start of bfgminer with command line options given above then the setup seems to mine. Bfgminer shows the current difficulty, the antminer reaches 1.7GH/s, the Best-Share value increases from time to time when he finds a better hash. New blocks steadily arrive. In contrast to pool mining, the Accepted and Rejected values keep 0 as long as no block is solved. From this behavior i think that the connection between bfgminer and Qt wallet in server mode is well established and that the mining proceeds.

Now it happened that the setup solved a block. The share difficulty was higher than the current terracoin difficulty. Bfgminer showed a line that a block was solved and the Accepted value changed from 0 to 1.

However, i didn't receive the 20 coins block reward from the Terracoin network.

Did i do anything wrong or may it be that the solved block was not valid (orphan, stale, ...)? How can i make even more sure that the mining works properly? For me everything looks fine besides that the block reward is not paid out.

I don't know if i should wait days for another block to see if i get the block reward or just change back to pool mining.

Edit: I wondered if --coinbase-addr may have to be the first option after -p 123
