ViaBTC shows the transaction does not exist probably because it spends an unconfirmed input, and I don't think ViaBTC allows chains of unconfirmed transactions as someone could make 100 zero fee transactions, and than 1 transaction to be accelerated.
If you don't want to pay, you can get ViaBTC to confirm each unconfirmed transaction in the chain (1109 bytes worth of transactions according to BTC.com), and than eventually get your transaction confirmed. It might take some waiting, but it's free!
If you are willing to pay a lot, you can use BTC.com's accelerator. https://pushtx.btc.com/ It's overpriced though, and will cost you $32.89

The above txid does exist, but it show a fee of around $0.69 which i think is abit on the low side considering the amount of inputs that the transaction has. maybe you could contact the site and ask them to sort it.

I just sent a ticket to livecoin support, waiting some answer. I tried liqui.io, but they say only after 2 confirmation. =/
Blockchain.info shows your transaction has one unconfirmed input. It indicates it with the red letter U in brackets next to the top input. Until that input gets confirmed your transaction can't get confirmed.
