In cazul in care la adresa unde esti domiciliat sta o ruda/persoana de incredere, ai putea face pe numele acesteia, desi te complici.
Am card, daru acum un extras sa vad ce rezolv.

Please provide one, can be one of the following:
- Monthly utility bill
- Internet Bill
- Cellphone Bill
- Tax Return document
- Residency Certificate
- Medical insurance bill
Must be no more than 6 months old and must display residential address (PO box addresses will not be accepted.)
Duca-se tare , nam de unde sa fac rost , desteptii nu s-au gandit la o situtatie asa cum am eu , si nu am nimic pe numele meu acolo , aici am pe numele meu tot inclusiv casa si nu stau sa schimb buletinu acum.

Le poti trimite un bank statement/extras de cont daca ai card 
Pai la adresa din buletin/pasaport nu ai chiar nici o factura de platit? Cel mai ieftin iti faci un abonament la telefonie mobila si le trimiti factura.
Am mutat thread-ul de la tutoriale.

Am facut cont la Mt.Gox si a fost respinsa cererea pe motiv :

Nu am ce face , eu am 2 case am adresa la prima casa si stau la a2a , nu am nici-o factura de utilitati de acolo pe numele meu.
