Has anyone had any trouble installing a multibit wallet on Ubuntu? Maybe you can give me some tips on what to do. I've already posted this in another section and got little help but still can't figure it out. I'd like to get more eyes on this.
Here is my original post so you can see what I've already tried, but basically I've followed the instructions from the multibit website's help section and keep getting stuck when trying to make the installer executable. I installed java no problem.
