Today I have faced with this problem. I have just traded DOGE for LTC (2 trades) & found nothing in my LTC balance.

Volunteer admin @Stoned19 was online in IRC chat at 16:00 CEST or so.
What I understood from all discussion is that only Ian (the main admin) has access to some special functions and can solve this problems. But new problem is that Ian seems to be on vacation somewhere and without him no one has access to solve all that.
So, still don't trade, don't cancel orders!

I can confirm, some fishy stuff there right now. And chatbox doesn't work, hope they pull back together.
I already canceled my buy order..., and My BTC not there...., they was fine yesterday..

People if you use coin-swap.net do not trade today, do not cancel orders, don't do anything!
I've just canceled 0.0028 order and received nothing back, I've joined IRC channel to look whats the heck is going on and there all have same problems with coin-swap.net
People canceled they orders and just dont recieved their money back! Admin don't answer eMails, chatbox doesn't work, in IRC chat no admin online, no notifications about this problems anywhere!
No one knows whats going on!
So, don't trade, don't cancel orders, if you don't want to loose your satoshi and btc!!!
