I made a large order on Saturday, paid up, successfully completed... but the funds never came to btc-e. This is the second time it happened in like a week. Now they didn't respond to my emails.

Send an email to Charlie directly, he usually responds fast and with the solution.

Rumor has it that Charlie, as well as the rest of the planet, will be out of pocket between the hours of 10PM and 2AM local time this evening.

The earliest, and I'm only guessing here, is that you won't get a reply till next year.

I got it finally on wednesday, but I paid on saturday so not the best service. will still use though.
