Did you send $500 of Bitcoins, or transfer $500 USD? I was going to investigate how bitstamp would deposit USD to your MtGox, but I got this error:

On Mar 21 i send $500 from bitstamp to mtgox. Order status completed! but mtgox account balance still $0. I send 4 emails to support about this but as i understand these guys ignoring all messages. I don't know now what to think
