Check the address used by guiminer. Slush pool is/was under attack but if you point your miner to the host he lists on the site: api2.bitcoin.cz it still works.

My first post in this forum so i hope im in the right section
The problem is my guiminer always writes:
2011-07-10 20:01:13: Miner "MyMiner": 10/07/2011 20:01:13, Problems communicating with bitcoin RPC 1 2
I use slush pool and the newes guiMiner version available.
Is this error-message ignorable or does it make me loose my rewards @the pool?
