So basically you have to enable developer mode to show & install the app? Or are there additional steps that you need to do before installing the app? Kinda weird they don't explain this in the official guide. Since migration is necessary for NEO holders I don't know why it needs to be gated behind a developer mode either, CMIIW. Glad to see you work it out OP.


Yes, exactly.
After a long wait, Ledger Support informed me of this.
As soon as you switch on developer mode, the neo app will be visible in the catalogue.

So, according to Ledger's website, there should be a Neo app available in their app catalog. However, if you're not seeing it there, it's possible that there might be an issue with your device or your connection.

One thing you could try is updating your Ledger device to the latest firmware version. Sometimes, updates can add new apps or fix issues with existing ones.

I think, you try disconnecting and reconnecting your device to your computer, or even trying a different USB port.

Does the language setting have no effect? Given that the Deutsch has several enriched fonts, it is possible that it was automatically integrated into the keyboard and affects the input word. Try to use the default language whenever possible.

So you can't find Neo N3 and NEO app? Or is it the latter? If I understood the explanation correctly, the old app is no longer supported and you need to use the N3 one. If you still can't find it, probably contact their support for further help. I've never seen anything like this assuming everything is updated etc. I don't think it is an internet problem either, I could be wrong though. CMIIW.

Yes, I already mentioned the article above.
I can also clearly remember that the Neo app was in the app catalog at the time.

I set up a neo account with my old ledger back then.

Now I want to send my Neo's to my new Ledger Nano X address, unfortunately I can't find any Neo app in Ledger's app catalog anymore.

Does anyone know this problem and has a solution to it?

According to Ledger (https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005530425-Neo-N3-NEO-?support=true) there should be an app.
