2fa uses Google Authenticator on your mobile phone. https://mining.bitcoin.cz/accounts/settings/

If you didn't set it up then contact the pool owner not anyone here. This isn't the support site for Slush's Pool.

What can be that password........when i did that account then they give me that password or you have to but that password.
Sorry but i dont remember,it was about year ago when i did make account and about month ago our computers HDD was crashed and when we installed again to new HDD and but backup from wallet (what we did 3 mont ago).....then ther was no BTC what did we have.

Huh? You don't know where is your 2fa password?
Who own that account? You need the 2fa password from the real owner who applied it

About month ago our computers HDD was crashed and wallet aadress was gone and now i need to changed the wallet aadress to NEW on on the mining.bitcoin.cz
