OMG newbie account with avatar, tellme how make it
He have an ooold account, in the past any user rank could have a avatar... Don't know why they changed this, security reason or something like that...
Nowadays only Full Members and above can use avatars
Correct this account was created since 2011. Maybe they have change it because they just wanted to restrict some features for newbies maybe something happen before they decided to do it.
