Get this advise which is exactly true and was suppose to say the same thing.I would say that theres no need to be professional because even basic steps would really be sufficient enough for you start of.
If you do know on what are your strengths then seek out for those review sites and might consider your service.

There are bounties for reviews which you can join but since you are only asking for eth and bitcoin, maybe you can reach them out and start asking them if they can consider you paying in your terms.

Do you have any review created before? I hope that most of your future reviews will be honest and real.

Start your Youtube blog and start to review ICOs you can join on bounties and also some other forums giving rewards for ICO reviews,recently ICO forum had a contest for this but now it looks like that forum was dead so you need to look for other bounties.

Im not exactly sure if it pays out on every review but I know that Revain is a token based on the review of ICOs.

If you really want to make money doing reviews you should think about a youtube channel which would be more of a long term commitment. But in the short term you could just simply bounty hunt like alot of people on this forum do. Check out the board below but also please be mindful of the rules and dont just become another spammer, actually take the time to research and know what ICO/project you are promoting.
