Freelancer doesn't accept Bitcoin , Fiverr is mostly for smalls jobs and Blackhat forum is a forum mostly about SEO so I don't think I'm going find anything there.

Anyway it has nothing to do with it dealing with PayPal. I can code and implement almost anything.

But to give me a bid of $5 to develop your software is insulting....
