Typically this type of post belongs to the Services subthread of the Marketplace. It's pretty competitive there and you can only bump your posts once every 24 hours. Create some sort of offering, post examples of previous work and give out one or two vouch copies for your services. Vouch means do some work for free for members to share their thoughts about your work. It's not necessary to do any vouch work, but it will get your foot in the door faster on this forum.
