You can use avatar (profile picture you mean) if you reached full member and up only.

If i look from your stats, your activity is enough 120, you should try to get some merit at least 100 merit to being a FULL member. And it needs a process and patient of course Grin

It takes lots of work and effort to reach the stage of being able to put your profile picture ....I remember quite well you have to be a full member ,you must have 100 activity and you must have 100merit before you can attain the level . I believe if you have good and helpful posts,merit will be given to you, I am also learning, because merits brings encouragement

You must be full member to unlock the avatar image.
For that you need 100 activity and 100 merit.

As you already have 120 activity, only 99 merits to go Wink
