How profit can be earned through funded casascius coins? Why people despirately give up their digital coins to get high value of casascius?  Does it is for trading purpose? Also what is the use of casascius without hologram? Whats that used for?

physical bitcoins are made in limited numbers only for collectors who are interested in collecting these rare items which is not limited to bitcoin collecting by the way. and their price will only go up in the future, many years from now.
that is why I believe you really shouldn't be thinking about "profit" in these items. although they can be profitable but it is mostly about making a collection and holding these for years if you really are into that kind of stuff.

I don't think anyone makes money, aside from the original producer of physical Bitcoins. Even if you fund them and put some Bitcoin on them, it is seriously unlikely that anyone is going to take it as a serious proposal and actually spend more on them coins than they're worth.

If I had a reason to have them I might care a bit more, but since there is no reason beyond tokenism to own one, I personally won't choose to own any.

A lot of people have physical coins just for a keepsake or a token from what I know, which can be filled with Bitcoin if they so see fit. I don't use them and chances are I would never use them, but some people might.

I find it doubtful that anyone really trades using them, so I would write that off as an option for trading Bitcoin or whatever.

The hologram either acts are an address or it is a certificate of authenticity, I can't remember. Might be neither.

People collect physical bitcoins and other bitcoin memorabilia. A physical bitcoin has the value of the bitcoins it holds plus the premium that collectors will pay for it. Casascius coins are the original "coins", so they have a very high premium.

Behind the hologram sticker is the private key and you must remove the sticker in order to redeem the coin.

Redeemed coins still have value to collectors even though they no longer hold bitcoins.

I think you refer to the "Physical Bitcoins". I don't know the particular ones
but some physical coins carry additional value like gold or silver which adds
up to the bitcoins storred inside such coins. Hope this answers your question.
