The profit that we will get from mining cryptocurrencies in 2019 won't be as much as mining in 2018.
I was able to earn incomes just from mining in 2018, but not anymore in this 2019 because the market is bad.
The best coin to be mined is a new altcoins that have a good project planning, i am mining them to holding.

Actually most of the top 20 cryptocurrency when it comes to market capitalization are worth to mine in 2019 for as long as you've the right mining hardware and of course an enough fund to run and maintain it, if you really want an ice breaker then find a newly made and legitimate cryptocurrency as it'll offer a much more potential to grow in the future but it has a higher risk as you'll invest your time and dedication.

The sad truth about crypto mining nowadays is that it's not profitable anymore to those small starters so you must need a huge capital to make a good profit and able to compete to those big players but I think it's not too late and besides mining is fun.

Coins with low difficulty, doesn't matter if it's gpu or asic, i think you should pick a coin that isnt really popular, but with high volume so when you sell the coin the spread of each buy order isn't that much.
Picking coins that are not popular will be quite a mistake. You won’t make any profit from mining such coins and why would you go for such a coin when you can even mine Ethereum (ETH)? Ethereum is an all round good coin and a perfect choice both for mining and investment, anyone decide to go for and among the top twenty coins there are other coins that are profitable too.

As now you know what all is required to mine a cryptocurrency, let’s explore the best coin to mine in 2019:
The truth is that crypto mining is no longer profitable as it used to be. There was a time when people can easily mine crypto with their computer cause back then it can be mined with just the CPU. But this time around, it’s getting difficult to the extent you can’t even mine it at home, cause you will ASIC which consumes a lot of power, unless you get cheap electricity. If anyone would like to mine crypto I will be suggesting that they go for Ethereum, Zcash, Monero, Horizen, Vertcoin. If you want to go for Bitcoin, uhhhm… that’s your choice.

Currently is not the best moment to try your luck in mining, because the prices are too low. Just wait until the prices are going to recover and search another way of earning crypto currencies like Bounties or freelancing for crypto.

Mining in cryptocurrency certainly requires a special device for us to run, and if we don't have a good device then it's better to just follow good ico projects and potential bounty campaigns, because that will also be profitable.

I think mining is not enough giving profits for this situation especially Bitcoin mining is also be not profitable that it will not give the exact profit that I expected because the energy consumption is more higher when comes to electricity it cost around 90 % of my income so the prophet was very low.

Correct, bitcoin is no longer profitable even if you have lots os hardware, maybe you can just break even in the long run.

The other coins that the OP listed is also not profitable, for me its better if you like just running a master node, although it cost something in the beginning, but if you're able to find a lucky gem amongst those start up coins, I'm sure you can make a lot of profits.

Mining provides a decentralized way to issue cryptocurrency while creating a solid ground for more crypto enthusiasts to mine. It ensures that new coins are produced every 10 minutes – 10 minutes is the time basically required to mine a single BTC block. Following are the things you may require before you embark on your crypto mining journey so that you will get the most profitable cryptocurrencies to mine in 2019:

A coin wallet that will be password-protected storage for your earnings and keeps a network-wide ledger of transactions.
A free mining software package
Membership in an online mining pool - a community of miners who combine their computers to increase profitability and income stability.
Membership at an online currency exchange to exchange your mined coins for cash or Bitcoin
A desktop or custom-built computer designed for mining.
An Nvidia graphics processing unit (GPU) or a mining ASIC chip.

When it comes to mining, almost all tokens available for mining are profitable to mine
What matters is how much token in satoshis or digits can you mine hourly

Because after all that’s what determine what profit you get
how much tokens you can mine will depend on hashrate, more mining rig and more hashrate. Basically, the key in mining is about how much you can buy your mining rig and get a big coin or token everyday.
It's the main consideration before join in mining.

When indeed you post here later, there will definitely be many miners who switch to the coin, and the diff will increase payment a little too, becoming a miner when bitcoin drops dramatically is very heavy and even many are losing money

The profitability of coins is different and it is constantly changing, so you need to make sure that mining is now more profitable and switch to the coin that is more profitable than others. But in order to constantly monitor the profitability of coins and switch from one miner to another miner, you need to spend time and effort, so you can use automation services for mining processes and get the maximum possible profit in BTC regularly to your wallet, after which you can buy that coin which you consider promising. Here are some similar services:

Yes, I agree with you that most of the coins you listed are profitable but we should not forget the fact that they are also very capital intensive to mine them.

This your article might as well be for investors with large capital they can use because take bitcoin for example now, not many people can afford to buy the mining machine except someone who has enough money to go into mining big time, would have loved if you has listed smaller coins that are profitable to mine if we have any.
Every coin is capital intensive to mine, but at the present market situation countries that has got the lowest electricity consumption helps with profiting. In my country we've got increased electricity consumption cost, upon the same my friend who was into mining has shut the miner and has posted for sale.

Unfortunately, after the downfall of cryptocurrencies, the mining business is no more profitable and rewards are decreased proportionally. No more miners buy a new video card for mining and sold rigs count are increasing day by day.

There are almost no crypto currencies that are giving mining profit at the moment. It is still extremely expensive to mine, because the crypto prices are on the same spot, but the difficulty is raising and miners are not so modern anymore.

You are not going to get profits by mining the crypto currencies in the bear market so you need enough capital to withstand until bull run begins for your running expenses.I heard Monero is one of the coin give profits while mining.
The article would have actually be posted during the bull market, because like you and every other person has said, it is even getting seriously difficult for the few miners we have on ground now, though crypto needs more miners but lots of miners are not willing to even engage now because of the cost implication it is having on them as a result of the bear market.

The last time I tried monero was mining through PC mining software but I stopped as a result of the low processors of my laptop the hash rate was low, it’s been very long though, I don’t know of their process or if it’s still profitable.

Well, those coins may be the best cryptocurrency that gives big profits for mining.
However, for this recent condition, mining with certain hardware really seems like heavier, harder to get the profits. As we know, mining needs more costs to spend, for the hardware, electric, and also other outcomes.
And now, result from mining is smaller than a year ago.
That is why many people stop their activities in mining.
however, there may be online ways to mine some coins, especially offered by certain ICO projects.

Those coins you listed are not profitable to mine for me and it depends on ones mining setup rigs too, how powerful they are but for me it doesn't make sense wasting lots of electricity for few bucks ,and even I mine on free electricity but still it's not profitable at all ,if this continues I might decide to sell off my mining rigs and use the money to buy coins and tokens to hodl

Well, i wonder if mining the Electroneum coin is still profitable nowadays because there are some bad rumors around them.
What makes me interested is mining Grin coin, i think it is a community driven coin with peculiar algo.
But to mining Grin coin, you need huge amount of memory RAM in your rigs, about 8GB  i think.

On my country even if try mine profitable coin and pay month by month electricity i will have a loss if sell coins monthly, and i not put costs of mining equipment.
It just shows that everyone who's longing to mine crypto's but is living on a country that has expensive electricity will encounter an obstacle like this. But there's always a solution for this kind of trouble that you have, you can avail a solar panel if you really want to mine but it is another form of investment. Calculate on how much is your budget and see if its going to fit your farm, it's not going to be a cheap solution but it could be worth it once it is running.

Many of them have blocked asic mining because asic was creating an unhealthy ecosystem. Remember to mine bitcoin is not easy to consider you must know how much hashrate is required by you to able gain profit from bitcoin today. It's not about how best that crypto it but how much you can get hashrate from the network.

If your electric bill is affordable then try mining another thing use btc and alts with potential then very useful already like ltc, monero and more base in your post OP

Then try to mine also some alts even they are not that popular so if they develop it like that will grow then you have some of it actually that's always i do in different faucets with different alts like i try that all then just hold all of it

actually from the beginning I was very interested in becoming a miner but because of the cost that I had to spend a lot then I could not do that, because you know that to become miners we must have adequate equipment which is expensive then we also have to pay electricity and expensive maintenance
although in the end it will be profitable but requires a large initial capital so that not everyone can become a miner

In my opinion, you should continue mining after you have calculated the current mining values. Because as time goes by we will see which one will be in which position, and how much the price will increase. At least you will be profitable today.

Electroneum? Are you kidding me? That mobile mining thingy that is even already falling apart?
How realistic!

The 'mobile mining'-crap shouldn't even be called 'mining' as it's just 'simulated mining' without any workload or contribution to the blockchain - actually I'd just call it some kind of airdrop.
It's a coin using the CryptoNight-algorithm so the actual mining is done by ASICs, GPUs and maybe a few CPU-miners Smiley

By the time of the bull run I invested into mining. By that time I found good profit, and later when the price decline began to happen at some point there isn't anymore profitability. I was mining ethereum and at some point I was unable to pay my electricity bills with the mined ethereum. In this regard I shut my mining and it isn't profiting.

I don't think mining any crypto coin this days will profit anyone so much as it used to profit in time past when there was a bull run in the price of crypto. I think the only companies that will make profit are those that have already made name from the inception, this companies include genesis mine, antpool and bitmain, apart from this companies I mentioned, I don't think others will be able to make a lot of profit.

About your list to mine now , i think the big surprise to future can be XMR Monero.

Have to agree on this. Am incredibly big on Monero given the importance of privacy in financial transactions. For those wondering, how much can privacy be worth? Have a read of this. Yes, it is a blog, but it captures the potential of Monero very well.

I'd like to try mining Bitcoin, but there doesn't seem any point in joining a pool, the returns will be negligible. I thought I would try solo mining. It should help me to understand a bit more about Bitcoin, and my earnings expectation will be somewhere between fractional and zero. It's a bit like doing the lottery though - there is that million to one chance that I might find a block.

Solo mining seems a good idea in case of low hash power. Try solochance.com for finding your chance of finding a block in solo.

Difficulty is quite high for bitcoin if you ask me. You could try other sha256 coins instead of bitcoin maybe? (if you don't mind mining sha256 coins with low market value). You can check whattomine.com for other good sha256 coins.

I want to try mining using the Butterfly labs ASIC that I picked up. I still haven't sorted out the way to power and drive it. I've got a desktop power supply that is suitable. but I haven't decided on a PC to build that I can take into McDonalds. I've got the motherboard, but I need to sort out a case and screen. I've been trying to build a rig for zero cost, but I may have to buy a dual purpose screen. Rhere is a 10" one that I can use with a camera as an alternative to a rear view mirror in the van.

I think the best strategy to mine coins, is when coin borns, you run and mine it!

This worked to me, with HYCON, i mined this coin when start on my personal PC , Simple Mac Pro using i7 processor and one extra GTX 1060.

As starting, you got a lotttt of coins, because anyone was mining before.. So, really good profit .

About your list to mine now , i think the big surprise to future can be XMR Monero.

My point, Monero starts implementation of MimbleWimble, and to me this is really good.

If you can imagine the price increase as Grin and Beam .. you can think how much monero price can be increased...

The coin implement by side chain Monero, will be called Tari. As i read, you will can exchange XMR to TARI and vice versa.

this can be a great change game to this project, i love monero a long time, but with this will be better.

Call me crazy, but I've got a strange feeling that Ripple (XRP) will have a good year in 2019. I'm not sure I'd recommend it to anyone, but I'll definitely try it out.

1. The coin is called XRP. Ripple is the company.
2. XRP can't be mined, as Ripple Labs simply magically pulled out those XRP from thin air.
