I had already planned to release the source for free, under github. I'll publish it tomorrow, is far from perfect but does the job, maybe somebody will extend and improve it.

It's clear that this doesn't prove always there is an abuse just by itself, but can cut a lot of work during investigations sice i see people are doing manually checks on transactions ( which is crazy if you ask me ).

Terminated.
1) Make the code open source.
2) Host it somewhere.
Am I wrong or are you asking him to give it away for free?
I see that preventing fraud may be beneficial for everyone involved, but you don't run those bounty campaigns for free, am I right?
Nobody in their right mind is going to pay for this, especially not bounty managers and most especially not given that the majority of "BMs" run next-to-zero checks on their participants.

The real use of this isn't for a BMs, but rather for the people who are hunting down alt account abusers and tagging them.

If my assumption is wrong then sorry, I know open source != free, but many people don't know this.

Yes. Now please:
1) Make the code open source.
2) Host it somewhere.

I made this program few months back where you give in input the spreadsheets data of a bounty and give out a report in html which shows if any transaction between partecipants in the same category is found.

Here is an example you can click anupu and see the details:

Before i explain how to use it, code and details i would like to know if anybody would actually use it.
