Man are you kidding? Hope it's just a typo cause in thread you wrote price $2,498 and now 2$ reduction? Maybe typo.
I think you would increase your chance of selling if you owned good wordpress template. On another hand to be fair seo of your website is bad, it even doesn't show up when I type programming max in google (even on 2nd 3rd and other pages).
I think price is huge for that, even domain programmingmax isn't that good.
I think it will be better for you to use flippa to sell your website.

I am not putting the focus on getting it to rank by ''Programming Max'' for now as it is pointless. I focus more to get ranked by certain key-phrases that I have published articles on. That is what people are actually searching for. To get it ranked by ''Programming Max'' would be easy, but not necessary for now. It needs to be more established as a brand.

The WordPress theme is not what I am focusing on, its the content that people stay for. It is simple and to the point.

ProgrammingMax is a great domain name, as it includes the name ''programming'' and a little ''max'' at the end to make it more personal.

I should have added Google Analytics earlier, but since I added them in October 2018, it has been visited by 8k people.

Here are the top-ranking countries that are visiting in percentage-wise:
1. United States  28.96%
2. United Kingdom 16.90%
3. Australia  8.15%
4. India  4.43%
5. Canada  4.03%
6. France 1.98%

Basically those are top countries in the world, thus my traffic is of the highest quality.

Also, the domain name is 3 years old, which is good for SEO + new articles coming soon!

I am not putting it on Flippa as I am not in a rush to sell it for cheap.

It also comes together with a profit-earning Udemy Course - https://www.udemy.com/course/scratch-programming/

Can you provide revenue statistics for the Udemy course?

Yes, here are all the stats include web traffic - https://imgur.com/a/Zz2GKTr

I am getting new sales this month as well.

With little marketing efforts, you could 10x the traffic numbers, the article purchase numbers and the Udemy course sales numbers.

Here are the stats about the website - https://imgur.com/a/Zz2GKTr

* https://programmingmax.com/ is 2 and a half years old and is established on Google search engine;
* It gets around 40 visits per day from top countries;
* Its Instagram and Twitter has around 360 followers respectively;
* It comes together with a Udemy Course which netted me around $260 in one year, this year, without doing anything https://www.udemy.com/course/scratch-programming/;
* You can earn money with the website if you place Google AdSense, and Cost Per Click for programming related ads is very high;
* You can also make daily income by selling blog article publishing to programmers (there are millions of them and most of them want to be noticed) for $15. You outsource the article writer for $10 and keep the $5
* At the moment I offer free articles listing if the programmer can provide it on his own (Must be at least 500 words and unique and SEO friendly writing), otherwise the writing service for $15 must be purchased to polish the writing;
* Programming is an evergreen topic, meaning that it will be relevant in 5, 10, 20 years meaning that ProgrammingMax is only appreciating in value as time passes;
* It has around 35 Do-follow backlinks;
* The website is clean and clear;

The reason why I am selling it is that I like to develop the very basics of business and pass it to someone who would like to take it to the next level. With little effort you could easily 10x the numbers both on Udemy course sale, traffic coming in and article orders purchases.

Learning to program is an emotional journey filled with surprises, frustrations and gratifications – sometimes all at the same time. Learning a new programming language can be fun, but it is important to document your journey one way or another, so as to reinforce the concepts you have just learnt. Furthermore, the process of documentation enables you to impart your newly-acquired knowledge to others and allows you to look back on your progress.

Knowledge-sharing and self-reflection are essential pillars of personal and professional development.

One of the best ways of recording and sharing your knowledge is by setting up a blog/website or an online course. However, doing so can be time-consuming and difficult, which is why we have set up the https://ProgrammingMax.com project.

It is a place for all the programming geeks out there!

About the ProgrammingMax project
ProgrammingMax.com initially started off as a pet project where I could document my programming journey. We began on this path with the Scratch visual programming language, and used the blog site for sharing our experiences. Taking what we had learnt to the next level, we created a comprehensive online paid course on Udemy which covered Scratch from the very basics all the way up to advanced examples. You can see it here - https://www.udemy.com/scratch-programming/

Scratch is a visual programming language, developed at the MIT Media Lab, which uses a simple block-based interface. Users can use these code blocks to design entire animations, create games of their own and more. Scratch is recommended for beginners who want to learn programming, no matter their age.

Over time, ProgrammingMax has evolved into a much more sophisticated platform where we discuss tech, programming ideas, latest trends, and much more.

And the best part? You can become a proud owner of the project, today!

ProgrammingMax.com: By a geek, for the geeks!

ProgrammingMax.com is a premium domain name which is not only easy to remember, but also has a lot of intrinsic value within the name itself. The name is highly brandable and the project can be used for a variety of purpose, some of which include:

  • A blog about programming news, latest trends and development
  • A tech review platform for software products
  • A platform for beginner programmers who are looking to share their experiences and discuss ideas
  • A portal where scripts, software code or plugins/extensions can be uploaded by developers and purchased by interested parties
  • Last but not the least, a personal blog for a programming geek named Max!

Such a platform is not only great for personal learning, it can also provide many earning opportunities through advertisements and other monetization channels.

Buy the entire project at a very low cost!

It takes a lot of time and effort to launch such a project from scratch (pun intended, this being a Scratch-based project). If you want to start your journey at running pace, you can purchase the entire ProgrammingMax project for a very low cost – much lower than what it would cost to build from scratch in terms of time and effort.

The going price for the project is just $750 and this includes the following:

  • ProgrammingMax.com domain name
  • Website code and all content already available on it
  • Paid Udemy courses published under the ProgrammingMax name – These courses bring in revenue as well https://www.udemy.com/course/scratch-programming/
  • Current logo and branding for the project
  • Social Media profiles associated with the brand name
