In Islamic nations, rape is at epidemic levels. And worse still, in most of the cases the victims are blamed for their own agony. This stone-age level thinking needs to change, but I doubt whether it will happen in my lifetime.
Not at all.In islamic countries, there is severe punishment for rapes. If the accused is proved guilty, then death sentence is given to him.Rape is happening more in US and least in islamic countries.

It is not that simple. The anti-rape laws in the Islamic nations are heavily biased against the women. In most of the cases, they are made to marry the rapist. Also, the reporting rate is extremely low, as a result of the humiliation which rape victims face afterwards.
Its not true.Thats totally a false allegation.

Is it me or does Muslims really like to sexually assault people, nonetheless i think it should be mandatory everywhere that DNA tests should be used in every rape case, It will not only allow to catch culprits but also help to free so many innocent people who have been locked up due to fake rape charges brought against them.

They are also waging jihad against women, not only fellow Muslim but  other race as well specially Caucasians and they all blame it on the women. There is Islamic Rape Epidemic in Europe because of the influx of Muslim migrants. Despite the clear evidence that the immigration and refugee policies of the West are leading to a rise in sexual violence, pathetic politicians continue to bury their heads in the sand while repeating platitudes about being "compassionate" and "generous."

Oddly enough, but in Saudi Arabia a few times recently, I heard that he was sentenced to death even members of the Royal family. In Europe and America is not possible. Money is everything.

If that was real, then the royal might have fallen out of favor with the King or the crown prince. Normally, they never execute the members of the royal family. Royals can do whatever they want in Saudi Arabia. An example here:

DNA tests can be quite effective, but there are some drawbacks. These tests are quite expensive, and the results may not be out within a day or two. Also, in certain cases even a DNA evidence can't be of any help. A girl may have consensual sex with her male friend, and latter accuse him of rape. In such occasions, what will you do with the DNA evidence?
Our world now appreciates more money, not life and freedom of man. If these values do not already matter, why then should they be held accountable for the guilty or not? Therefore, money should not play a decisive role when it comes to human values.

There are a lot of things that could point out that money is everything. It is the norm for the rich families and somehow, someway, they could do that and being rich doesn't mean you can do anything but that's how they do it. Giving money to the right people in order to do whatever the hell they want. That's the society.

It will never end. Muslims are generally very specific people. On the one hand they insult women even reach the blood feud, but on the other hand they are generally women people do not believe. It's not the stone age is generally a prehistoric level of development.

A province in Pakistan has made DNA testing compulsory in rape cases, part of ongoing national reforms to improve support for victims

The province of Punjab in Pakistan has made DNA testing compulsory in rape cases. It is part of ongoing national reforms, the Anti-Rape Laws, which also require verdicts to be announced within three months, allow victims to testify via video, and require that female police officers are present during the collection of evidence.

https://www.positive.news/2017/society/26475/progress-anti-rape-laws-punjab/

Although this is good reform to start with, but I doubt is enough for the protection of women specially in Punjab province.  We all know that rape in Pakistan came into international attention after Mukhtaran Bibi survived a gang rape, as a form of honour revenge.

This is indeed a start, but does little to address the root issue, the cultural attitudes toward women that are prominent in Indian society. How much of a deterrent will this be, when punishment for rape is so haphazardly enforced, and sporadically reported because of this? And then the cultural stigma of being raped is seemingly worse than getting raped; you might get fucking killed by your own family.

While you can't globally assign these attitudes to the whole population, the population would do well to rid itself of these attitudes/behaviors.

It might not be enough but I think it's a good start. At least there would be evidence against the rapist should the victim manage to file a complaint immediately after the assault. (I wonder what would happen if they use condoms though, would skin cells be enough to detect whoever was in there?)

I googled Mukhtaran Bibi when you mentioned her and when I read the first article I found https://www.theguardian.com/world/2005/mar/04/pakistan.declanwalsh I was sickened. No one would have to go through that. People can say that culture must be preserved yada yada, but when it's causing people great pain and suffering, it must be destroyed. As it turns out, they were even using it to keep lower castes in check.

No one have to suffer what she's been through. Feminists, these are who you should be fighting for.
