Progress of Ripple is not so confident for me because I am sure that it is not stable alternative cryptocurrency and it is als o is ot worth for investing and other doings.
I'm currently invested in Steem (or let's say Steempower) for the passive income and the higher voting power. Currently it is not doing that good. Lost some bit of value and keeps losing, but I hope we get back up soon. Also had some XRP, but mostly sold them for more Steem. I think Steem will grow in the future, as more and more new users will join this platform.
Because those people are paying a lot of attention to the stellar platform. XRP doesn't seem a good thing right now consider it has created nothing usefulness to the crypto community. Ripple just like dogecoin and no more. More and more users will be leaving that platform. What do you think about the progress of Ripple and Steem in 2018 ? I know most alt coins have disappointed but these two have performed really bad especially ripple.
I think that Ripple is very promising coin but unfortunately lately it is more degrading than progressing. Although now all altcoins are in trouble, even Ethereum, I still believe in Ripple and I think that he will still rise from ground.

Despite of the bad performance recently, this coin still has a huge potential and has met all the requirements for growth and sustainability, Ripple is one of the rare blockchain network with real customers, keep your heart safe, don’t allow emotions cloud your judgment. Follow fundamental and technical analysis, because the whole crypto market is on bearish, so it is hard for ripple to rise
I suppose that Ripple has reached much more hights than Steem. Ripple is the rising star now and a lot of people believe in its bright future but I am not sure about it.
