The business has been on hold since about Feb 7th as we (the main investors) discuss what to do about this notice we received from the US Government: http://www.filedropper.com/01-22-16lettertocottontailgroup
At the time, it's unclear who (if anyone) had a hand in pointing their attention to us so all discussions around this issues have been private and off public boards.

Has any resolution been reached? Isn't the business outside of the United States anyway? I'm not sure how the US Government can even have jurisdiction over crypto currencies since they are considered property by federal judges and not currency. The IRS has the same stance, virtual currency is to be treated as property.

Like, how many LECHATs were sold and how many LECHAT stay with previous investor, or final results of funding or other numbers that you think are important.
It seems that hold LECHAT for future projects will dissolve present investors in the future...can talk about this?

Got it. So you will need a Counterparty address only? This address is to receive both the tokens and BTC, correct?
My previous understanding was that you needed a Counterparty address AND a separate bitcoin address.

So the token is simply to record into the block chain of XCP that a share was purchased?
