The rule for getting a loan here is to provide a collateral in some form for the lender. If you dont have anything to offer then you wont get any sort of loan here. Think of it similar to going to a bank to ask for funds with nothing to offer to the bank. What would you get? A kick on your rear.If you are desperate to get funds for your project go to a local pawn shop and pawn some valuables.

Now you are asking for a loan for that "project" - nice turn of events.
By saying that you have a project idea doesn't ensure anyone what you will repay any Loan amount that you might ask.

At least 1-2 years of development and rest of the years for additional features and maintaining. The project is not an another altcoin.
