I agree this service would be great. It's not just used for spamming, but like any service, it has the possibility to be abused. Albeit, I think it could do more good than harm, so a Bitcoin based CAPTCHA exchange would be great to have!

With an "official" ( or almost known ) exchanger, then everyone will come on it.
This will open a better free market, and prices will probably go down.

The easier way to avoid the spam problem, is just developing "everything" about the system.
So the exchanger/software will not add support to resolve other websites than filehosting services.

Actually "captcha brotherhood" is only supporting filehosting services ( so it's good ), he should make this exchanger :|

The original post was suggesting there should be a CAPTCHA trading site that uses Bitcoins. Even if you think you found an application of them which isn't spamming, such a trading site will be primarily used by spammers (not partly, not even mostly, but almost exclusively).

But even if it's not spamming related, if a service is asking you to solve CAPTCHAs it means they want you to solve them, not pay somebody else to do it. Otherwise they'd just charge you money directly.

You realize CAPTCHA trading sites are used almost exclusively for spamming, don't you?
I just realize that you didn't look at the website/software.
This one is only used to download from filehosting services.
Big files are usually divided on many parts, so there are dedicated downloader ( as Jdownloader )
If you put all these links in the downloader, you will be able to download only 1 file at time from almost every filehosting services, and they will ask for a captcha for every new downloads.
How can you download something that has 20 or more parts? you will have to stay in front of the computer for hours.
Here it comes softwares like the one that I linked.

You realize CAPTCHA trading sites are used almost exclusively for spamming, don't you? Why do you want to support spammers?

This is the kind of thread that makes me roll my eyes about bitcointalk.

This service gives the possibility to transfer credits freely.
http://ocrhood.gazcad.com/transferCredits.aspx

So it will be cool to open an exchanger.
Users will have to deposit their credits on the account of the exchanger ( as they are doing it with fiat money ), than they will put a price in bitcoin for them.

The pay-in rate is slightly awkward:
After your first 50 credits, that's 0.01, but then it's every 100, e.g. 150 is 0.02$, 250 is 0.03$, and 350 is 0.04$.
Oh and it's also 7 credits per captcha ( usually ), and you get 1 credit for any referrals who solve captchas

yes. yes this ... i have been toying with making something like this. .. what is the payout rate on this? i couldnt find out without signing up. pay-in rate seems competitive with other captcha bypass services (deathbycaptcha, decaptcher, imagetyperz, etc)

A lot of people may know of sites like CaptchaTrader which allow users to solve captchas or buy captchas for cash. But one thing that could be nice, would be being able to request payment in bitcoin.
If someone were to create a captcha proxy (their API allows requesting captchas and verifying whether the answer was correct or not) that would simply take requests from users and forward it to the CaptchaTrader API, then they could verify the captcha and pay the user in BTC for solving it.
They have an API documentation here: http://www.captchatrader.com/documentation

From what it looks like, their request API should be pretty suitable for doing this if nobody is going to completely re-create the project.
The owner of the Bitcoin captchatrader will be able to cash out to his/her paypal/alertpay or obtain an amazon giftcard for $5 with the CaptchaTrader credits they obtain from their users filling in captchas.
