Go to elance it will cost you max $100 for like a super cool video $25-$100 some people on this forum as I see it like to over charge for simple tasks.
Take a look at Hypercube Studios. They have pretty good work for great prices.

I think an entire completed video (with sound, animation, voiceover and all that stuff) is at around 500 bucks.
Compared to the $5K that some other companies ask for it seems good.
