In other words, the negative review will still be available for viewing but will no longer be at the top; it will be pushed far down. By doing so, it effectively disappears from the top results (gets deleted).

The seller is also offering HYIP services which we all know are noting but a way to scam the investors. If you closely read the quoted text then it's also confirmed that the user is doing some kind of shady tricks in order to suppress the negative reviews of a site in order to make it look more legitimate.

All such kind of things are done for the purpose that's not decent because if the negative reviews are suppressed then it would be very difficult for the customers to know that either the platform is trusted or something that could cause them huge losses if they trust it with their money.
