I don't think I follow all you are trying to ask, but that is exactly what mining software already does.  It uses the CPU, GPU, or ASICs as parallel processors.  They break up the hashing into smaller chunks to process at the same time to generate increased hashrate.

Would it be theoretically possible to offload the proof of work when mining to a miner in your rig farm while the original just does the hashing continuously to speed up mining speeds? Maybe have one miner that hashes and two that are linked to it to do the proof of  work so that the initial miner doesn't have to slow down and having 2 miners doing the proof of work will make up for it taking longer and being generally more taxing on a miner than just old school mining without proof of work. Do i sound insane or could this be something someone could actually setup?
