Apart from the sound it's actually a nice game when it comes to information about how the mining process work.
But the notifications should be displayed much longer, only after 4 times i was able to read it.

So maybe I am an idiot. Because either I can't get how blockchain works or I am too dumb to understand how I can win in this game. Because every time I lose all my electricity and I can mine anything. But huge props to Op for creating something like this.

Yeah you may have bad luck at first. It is really easy to mine a block in a forked chain actually.
Tried the game,
Could create a fork ... but could not mine a block. Kept left clicking but only electricity decreased.
Can you simplify game mechanics a bit. Most people dont bother reading instructions

I was trying to explain to my girlfriend how the blockchain works and why it is so secure that I simplified the explanation to a point where I was able to build a little game.
The game objective is to make a fork longer than the mainchain. You havo to mine spending electricity and buying electricity spending money. Mining in the mainchain is difficult but gives you money, mining in a fork is easy but you will only waste power.
I want to make this app a nice start for newcomers that want to understand why the blockchain is hard to hack!
