I think it would be hard to find any buyer who pays such a huge amount in bitcoin but if someone really pays with bitcoin,it would be great 
i've come to realize that in the world of property trading, payment ratios for cash / loan / white / black money / btc / whatever... changes fast.
so you never know what percentage of what currency / form of money / value might come your way.
personally, i or you might want it all in btc but every time it might not workout that way, yet!

Are you selling this land for 65 lakh inr worth of bitcoin? I think it would be hard to find any buyer who pays such a huge amount in bitcoin but if someone really pays with bitcoin,it would be great
