If you hate Bitcointalk, just leave it and create new forum, but you wont get much support here. There was so many attempts to create forums alternative to bitcointalk and mostly of these forums died after several months or years. And others have very few active users.
But we all know why you are complaining - you was tagged by The Pharmacist as merit system abuser and you can't accept that fact.
why dont you just come together and create a New Serious Cryptoeconomics & Cryptocapitalist forum, where bitcoin is treated like an insignificant altcoin?
regards
Could you explain me, why Bitcoin should be treated like an insignificant altcoin?

Did you know that what you are suggesting already exists? Bitcointalk isn't the only forum on the w.w.w.

really whats the adress of that altcoin or better cryptocurrency forum

Well I don't know exactly what he was talking about, but there are definitely forums for Dash and doge that I've seen--and both were pretty dead last I checked, because they don't have signature campaigns.  And it's too bad, because those coins had such good communities (don't burn me at the stake here).  At least they are/were hardcore enthusiasts.

Then there's also the Serious Discussion and Ivory Tower sections of bitcointalk.  OP might not be aware that these exist, but there's definitely no spamming allowed there.

i need a general cryptotalk not bitcoin talk etc. i am not invested into bitcoin mining there is no interest for me and similar cases to live with this forum

Well, you must find the information on google because here, majority of people here are supporting bitcoin and have a deep bond to this forum, so you will not get much if you ask us about other forum that talks about altcoins, let alone better than this forum.

Well I don't know exactly what he was talking about, but there are definitely forums for Dash and doge (on Reddit) that I've seen--and both were pretty dead last I checked, because they don't have signature campaigns.

Edit:  Someone last year tried to start a forum called ICOdiscuss.com or something similar, and it failed miserably because he tried to recruit people (shitposters) from bitcointalk to participate, even going so far as to hire moderators (not shitposters).  It didn't work because once the guy stopped paying people to be there, there was no incentive for them to keep posting there.  Let's face it, would you rather post on a forum that doesn't pay than one where you are getting paid?  So I'd say most ideas to start altcoin/ICO boards are doomed from the start--because of bitcointalk and its structure.

Instead of ranking up into 0 Merit zero coins,

why dont you just come together and create a New Serious Cryptoeconomics & Cryptocapitalist forum, where bitcoin is treated like an insignificant altcoin?

thats a huge opportunity for altcoiners, and for new members, because they you can write the new rules

is there any interested people here for that?

regards

Many people who got punished by the moderators or senior members here would have got similar thoughts. They will feel like starting their own forum so that they can be in complete control.  Once they start researching about the costs, they will realize how hard and costly is to start one.

There are already hundreds of forums related to crypto and they are struggling to get enough members. The total number of members on these forums will be less than those registering here in one day.

They will fail.

Tbh, why would anyone want to be on any other forum than the forum that was the official platform of Satoshi Nakamoto himself?

I suppose if Vitalik created his own forum dedicated to ethereum, ethereum clones, and tokens, then that would be the next big thing to bitcointalk. But then again, Vitalik doesn't care for social things like this. So that's why it will never happen.

Bitcointalk is here to stay, and it's where everyone flocks, which means all the new coins' teams will want to flock here too. It just keeps growing and growing until Theymos can't pay the hosting bill anymore when he needs a mandatory size upgrade (HINT: DONATE) Tongue

Many people have tried to replicate what we have here because they didn't agree with certain ways things were handled, but none have ever been successful to my knowledge. I think the laid back approach to scams and the like actually help and encourage free speech and avoid the conspiracy theories that would come if peoples threads were deleted because it was an expected scam.

Coming from a senior member, I would have thought it was a sarcastic post, intending to ask the spammers to go away.
But you do have negative trust from attempting to trade merit, so I assume you are serious. In which case, feel free to lead the "new forum members"
