Mine never got that large, but at the time the mods or admins didn't like it so they re-sized it for me. I've opt to keep it that way every since, albeit changing the text periodically.

Fair enough.
I'll just add that in Look and Layout preferences one can choose to not see other's signatures, if you find them obnoxious.
Limiting it technically is difficult and not worth my time. Anyone with a huge signature is just going to get banned.
If we're just going to ban anything obnoxious............ You know.

Look at my signature. Isn't it obnoxious? Lets limit font size in signatures, so it is less prominent than the actual content of the thread.
There are several other users with large font signatures, and I find it very distracting. Does anyone else agree?
