If you are buying, make sure you use cc, and you will be able to charge back up until at least March, 2014!

They don't accept Credit Cards or PayPal or it would be an easy purchase and leave the risk with the payment processor.

Well, then I dont recommend Pre-Order, since a LOT of people have already been scammed, and there is a high chance that you will be too!

The real key point on that site are the small, gray words under 'Add to Cart': This product will be available on 24/02/2014

By then, the diff would probably be 300-400ish% higher than this month's.

Thanks for your answer. Guess this will be a no. Investing in that crystal ball of yours would be a better option.

Let me check my crystal ball..

.. if they don't run off with the money
.. if it's delivered on time
.. if it performs as described

Past history with other vendors and Butterfly Labs was a complete lesson on how all this can go wrong.

Don't invest more than you can afford to lose.

I know someone who invested all his bitcoins in BFL, if he had just held the coins, he would have been a $millionaire now!  Roll Eyes

Hey Guys,

I did some minor reading in bitcoin mining the last couple of weeks, and I was wondering if investing a little less then $5000 in the prospero x-3 (http://www.blackarrowsoftware.com/store/prospero-x-3.html) will still be profitable. Or is BTC mining dead already in general? Is see people selling there equipment everywere I look. Can anyone specify this for me?

Thanks for your response.
