Maybe this is some idea but it would need to have a bigger functionality and run with more exchanges. This leads to big and serious project with lots of options, user accounts etc....and my actual project is very small and simple.

Wouldn't this be better if you create an app? It's much more efficient too because with email, it's going to be problematic for some people because there's some out there that might not even see the alerts because they've got a really bad notification setting for their emails that it doesn't show to them sometimes, happened to me a while back.

1. Are the notifications sent to one's emails manually after the listing announcements, or you do have some bots that scrape the announcements from the exchanges?
2. 2–5 minutes seems a longer time frame. Perhaps seconds after listing could do. For example, on Binance listing some coins pump that very minute the announcement is made after 3–5 minutes, it's already dumping.

Good morning, I can provide alarms about altcoins listing annoucements  on spot and futures via email on major exchanges.
Alarm can be send to email address in real time after publishing a post about listing annoucement within 2-5 minutes. I run this service on Bybit, Binance and Mexc so far these 3 major exchanges. You can also position yourself on different exchange to hit the first minute of opening which gives sometimes very good profit.
