How will he tell if he's banning a legit account of an innocent person or not?
@BlackHatCoiner gave him positive feedback for some services rendered to him. I am just mentioned him here just in case he might want to review his feedback.

What happened:: Providing Illegal service. The user providing service which seems to me illegal. Because the person is offering that s/he will ban Instagram and Facebook. I think it is dangerous for legit user as other can misuse this service.

I am offering Instagram and Facebook ban and memorialization services. This means I can ban any account as long as:
If any of these conditions isn't satisfied, I can only memorialize it (memorializing means the owner can't access the account anymore so it acts like a ban but the profile is still visible on Instagram).
It isn't possible to memorialize on Facebook.
