The question here is on year gathering bad IPs from a bitcoin site. So, my data bank is totally focused in bitcoin scammers.

I trully believe it is very useful for any bitcoin site like faucets, casinos, banks, games, mixers, investment sites, etc...

Your service is hosted where? Paying the price for security shouldn't mean having less quality of service either Smiley

I'd like to know the specs of your rig and if you've tested it already or not

It was hosted in Hostgator. However I've cancelled the service because I had problems with them. I'm looking for a new host service.

I was a faucet owner. I ran my own security system for a year with success. It really works. During that year I got a lot of bad IPs and made my own Black IPs data bank.

Why my faucet is not running anymore? Google Adsense banned and all my profit ran out. haha

Send me your contacts (e-mail, whats app, etc) by PM. We can plan a test drive for your site. Smiley

Thank you for asking.

My code took one year to be totally developed. However it is simple. I could rewrite it in Java, C# or any other language.

About prices... I think to ask for 0.001 per week for 1000 queries/day. If you want to use 5000 queries/day, it would cost you 0.005 a week.

For sure I can let the clients test the service a few days for free.

Yes, I definitely would pay for security. However not many people use PHP nowadays, with the exception of Laravel users
and "scripties". I'm still learning about programming for security, so I don't know how it works yet

But to answer your question yes I would

This is a survey.

During one year I've developed and I've tested my own system to block and prevent proxy users and bots.

The system combine 4 techniques:

1. Honeypots
2. Checking public "Black IP databases" from internet
3. Analyzing the visitor ports and behavior
4. Checking our own database of block IPs related to bitcoin scammers built from our honeypots

For now, the system is just a PHP code. But, If there are people interested to pay for this kind of security for their sites, I could deploy it as an online service.

What is your opinion about this?
