He can't get blocked or banned here because scam is not moderated in the forum. It's the responsibility of members to identify scam and report it. The only thing that can be done is the scammer's profile getting red tagged by DT members so that it can act as a warning to people who would want to deal with the scammer.

Please do make a thorough research first before trading to someone here especially to someone who was tagged with negative feedback(s), the guy is accused as a hacked/sold account before you trade with him.

You are rightI wanted to leave a negative tag and create a newbie flag but looks like the transaction is just 7 confirmations... Maybe i should wait a little while before tagging the culprit?

Look at the advertisement thread itself. It's self moderated with so many posts from different users already deleted. It's a scam tactic. That alone should have been enough to alert you.

This is a learning experience for the OP, check the background of the person first before making any transaction.
