Unfortunately, they made their site look just like the official cryptostore website so it all looked 'official'... and while the prices were low, they did seem credible at the time.

We try our best to make some attention about this scam but like I can see some people just fall in this trap 

I too fell for this scam (being new to bitcoin mining)...

They took $400 worth of bitcoins from me (0.51383328 at the time) when I placed my order of 3 x Bi-Fury ASICs + USB3.0 hub.

Someone must be able to track down these fraudsters... they have registered a website and a phone number, neither of which can be done totally anonymously.

The website appears to originate from Australia and the domain registration shows:

Interesting that they are hiding behind Privacy Protection Service, but obviously PPS cannot protect the fraudulant activity of criminals...

I am now emailing privacyprotect.org to advise them that one of their customers is trading in a fraudulent manner.

Will post any feedback I receive.

I feel like a bit of an idiot but I saw their products up for what seemed like an unreasonable price but gave them a shot after actually reaching someone on the phone. However, since then, they have disappeared and refuse to answer calls or respond to emails. Doing a bit of digging, they seem to be based out of Australia and essentially just spammed all the forums. Fortunately, it was a small order but nevertheless, I thought I should warn the community (and hopefully get something to show up on Google when someone else looks them up)! Anyways, lesson learned.
