You buy something on say Amazon and they get you a partial refund after you receive (and keep) the goods. You would usually need to buy through the person offering the service I see..

Oops... then it is very risky. The buyer might be in trouble if it is found that stolen credit card has been used in the purchase. Everyone should avoid it for their own safety.

It is a free market and users should proceed with caution. But yes I agree that most of these "services" likely are doing something illegal.
Not much to add really, you can find such topics in the services board at the moment. Just be aware that it's fraud and if you decide to try it you're the one taking the risk.

Most of those services (I know some people that do those services on other forums) are not fake . but still that dosen't change the fact that this is illegal and unethical even if they try to convice them selfs that it's not by SEing (Social engeeniring ) big comapnies like Sony , Samsung , Dell , Intel , Microsoft etc ...
Those services should definitly get stopped and banned for good , also add a poll so we see people opinions

In this case I agree with you, we should "make" something to stop these BS.
